With many ongoing projects critical to the operation of Ontario’s nuclear-powered electricity generating stations, Abraflex continues to operate from our Paisley facility with zero cases of COVID-19 thanks to the diligence of our employees and following the rules set out by the provincial government. We would like to extend our most sincere thank-you to all the employees that have made Abraflex a safe environment to work while continuing their work supporting nuclear-powered electricity generating stations. Whether it be the continuous cleaning and disinfecting of our building or practicing proper social distancing and wearing of facemasks, every employee is to thank for Abraflex's continued safe operation.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Abraflex has adapted to meet the needs of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and has retooled to provide medical isolation gowns and recently a washable safety suit that can be rapidly supplied in an emergency. With proper PPE and by following safe working procedures, we can help stop the spread and ensure the safe reopening of Ontario.
